AIR DOMES
An air dome (pressurized shell) is the ideal solution as a temporal covering for sports surfaces. The sports facility can be open during the summer time and covered with our hall for winter within only one day! With this solution, your sports facility makes money 12 months of the year regardless of weather conditions!
USES
The use of air structures is unlimited – from covering of sports surfaces (tennis, football, volleyball, basketball, swimming pools, golf, riding facilities, etc.) to industrial destinations (warehouses, production halls, temporal covering of the construction sites, etc.).
We are able to cover the surface of one tennis court (18m x 36m) as well as of a full-size sports field (70m x 130m) without internal supports. Its cost is only one small part compared with that one of a traditional hall!

This type of hall does not need a heavy and expensive supporting structure and it stays in the air due to the internal pressure. The cost of this solution is significantly lower comparing to a traditional sports hall with similar functionality.
Air domes are used in the autumn-winter period, whilst for the spring and summer they are dismantled – the sports grounds are used without the roofing. Seasonal erection / dismantling of the hall takes up to 12 hours which means that your sports facility will have to be closed for only 2 days during the year. According to the current Construction Law, in some countries, the air domes (coating under pressure) may be treated as temporary constructions and erected without construction permit (check it in your localization) – you only need to notify to the competent authority about the works.
We manufacture and install air domes with and without a cable system. Air domes with cables are more resistant to wind, and since they have an outer PE layer, it can be replaced every 4-6 seasons, making the structure look like new. However, the advantage of air domes without cables is that they retain less snow on top.
